About the Artist
| Doing freelance artwork, calligraphy and teaching
in an art enrichment program for decades, has culminated in my gallery
work. Professional and active memberships include: Watercolor Art Society
of Houston, Visual Arts Alliance, Women in the Visual and Literary Arts, and
Houston Calligraphy Guild. Acceptance in juried shows, and traveling to
Europe yearly to paint, plus a constant stream of taking classes or teaching
workshops, make ART a daily routine. Shelves of sketchbooks attest to
